Posada Coatepec is a beautifully restored colonial patio house. The rooms are similarly decorated in a colonial manner. Dining is either outdoors under an arcade or in a beautiful room. The food is excellent.
Living room of our second flooor suite needed airing.

We fell in love with the place. The hotel is a remodeled 19th century "hacienda" style house, very beautiful. The staff is very friendly and catered our every need. Rooms are large and clean. Coatepec is well worth the visit if you like coffee and in my opinion the Posada is the best in town.
The furniture in the rooms was not very new nor comfortable. However there were no bad smells and everything was clean.

Exquisite Luxurious Amenities Fulfil My Every Need On my recent stay, this hotel exceeded all my expectations of luxury. the room's exclusive facilities were exceptional and my needs were fulfilled. the spa provided relaxing massages, while the elegant lounge area was perfect for a pre, dinner drink. the onsite restaurant catered to my special diet with delicious special menu items.
Check, in took longer than expected, and I had to wait longer for my in, room breakfast.

We stayed in a charming hotel located in a quaint town with lots of character. the location was perfect, only a short walk from the square and right in the center of the old city. the room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, and lovely view. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the staff was accommodating and friendly, and breakfast was great. the courtyard was a peaceful oasis, and the restaurant is impressive with plenty of art from known artists.
There was no internet available in the rooms.

The hotel had a beautiful pool and gym, and was located near a central park and good coffee shops. the shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient and reasonably priced.
Some of the rooms were a bit dark, and the old TVs and beds could use an update. the lack of WiFi in the rooms was inconvenient.

The hotel has a shuttle service to/from the airport and a restaurant with quality food. the location is great, very close to the city center.
The hotel lacked internet connection during my stay and the personnel seemed indifferent to my situation. The whole experience left me with a sour taste and I wouldn't recommend staying there again.
